agentic-coding-template

Your AI coding assistant, working as a reliable member of the team. You set the goals and decide; it plans, delegates, proves its results, and keeps the project's state in the repository.

Setting it up takes one sentence in the chat. From then on every session picks up where the last one stopped.

Skills and sub-agents

More than twenty skills for everyday work, from idea to task, bug fix, refactoring, and release, and nine worker roles, each with its own model tier. See Skills and Roles.

Rules that are followed

Concept before code, “done” only with evidence, nothing irreversible without your yes, no secrets in commands, commits, or logs. In Claude Code, hooks enforce the mechanical ones. See Rules.

A record of the work

Tasks, backlog, questions, and a journal live in docs/ai/, versioned with your code, so a fresh session or a new team member can continue without a hand-over meeting.

Yours to change, safe to update

One file, docs/ai/config.md, steers the workflow. Every rule can be switched off or replaced, and act-update brings in a newer template without overwriting your own content. See Layers and overrides.
